Coastal Remodel Loft
Across the beach on Carlsbad Blvd is this breezy loft space connected to a guest bedroom. The rooms were designed with neutral colors and touches of blue and greens. The guest bedroom includes a comfortable bed, two nightstands with wireless charging stations and a secretary desk with ample storage.
Outside in the loft is a functional desk, office chair, and a printing area with additional file storage. Across the desk, two rattan chairs with a unique teal table.

Designer Challenge
Lofts are awkwardly shaped open space rooms; this room was no exception. The biggest challenge was finding the right configuration for the office/loft to include enough storage space and a small seating area. In the end, we decided to float the desk forward, as opposed to having it against the back wall.
